Important Notice: Email Address Change

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding our email communication system.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and streamline our operations, we are migrating all A2Sea mailboxes to the SubCom email system. This transition is expected to be completed by the end of February 2025.

Effective from the completion date, all email communications will be conducted exclusively through our new SubCom email addresses. The A2Sea email tenant (@a2sea.co.uk) will be deactivated and will no longer be operational. Please note the following changes:

• Our new email addresses will follow the format: [name]@subcom.com
• Kindly update your records with our new email addresses to ensure continuous and seamless communication.

• If you have any ongoing or future correspondence, please direct your emails to our new SubCom email addresses.

You may need to update your email filtering rules to accept messages from subcom.com to ensure successful delivery. This may include adjusting impersonation protection and attachment filtering settings. Emails previously from a2sea.co.uk will now come from subcom.com.

We apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via our new SubCom email addresses.
